Whoever picks the correct athlete & time will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie because no entry matches the correct athlete & time, whoever picked the correct athlete and is closest to the winning time without being slower than the actual time is declared the winner. If we still have a tie whoever posted the correct entry first will be declared the winner.
